F/A-18C Hornet

ARABIAN GULF (Nov. 23, 2011) An F/A-18C Hornet from the Warhawks of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 97 lands on the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). John C. Stennis is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations and support missions as part of Operation Enduring Freedom and New Dawn.
