SAN DIEGO (Dec. 18, 2010) The amphibious assault ship USS Peleliu (LHA 5) transits San Diego Harbor after a seven-month deployment. The Peleliu Amphibious Ready Group deployed to the U.S. 7th and U.S. 5th Fleet areas of responsibility conducting humanitarian relief in Pakistan and counter-piracy operations off the Horn of Africa.
