PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov 16. 2010) The guided-missile destroyer USS Sampson (DDG 102) is underway with the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4) before a refueling at sea. Boxer is underway off the coast of Southern California participating in a composite training unit exercise in preparation for a deployment in early 2011.
